The long awaited OS X 10.5.7 update has been released and is available for immediate download. Apple suggests that this update is more of a general bug fix release and add:

The 10.5.7 Update is recommended for Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and includes general operating system fixes that enhance the stability, compatibility and security of your Mac.

The easiest way to upgrade to this new release is to run your computer’s Software Update let it do the heavy lifting for you. However, if you’d like to run the stand alone updates, they links to the download files can be found here.
