Former assistant editor of Wired Magazine and current editor of Gizmodo, Brian Lam claims that he “knows” there will be an announcement from Apple on Monday about the forthcoming iPhone.
Earlier this month MacRumors reported that Kevin Rose of Diggnation claimed that the iPhone would be released in early Januaray with a possible 4GB ($249) and 8 GB versions (449) model. He said that the information came from a “solid” source and provided unconfirmed details about the iPhone such as a slide out keyboard, a possible touch screen and that it was miraculously small.
