Apple is Ready for the Holidays

The holidays are quickly approaching and everyone is trying to get all their stuff in order, including Apple, who believes they are ready to better serve customers this holiday season.

While delivery of popular items such as the iPod and other Mac products ranged from 1 - 5 days during the last two years, AppleInsider is reporting that Apple is still claiming the normal 24 hour delivery status.

“While some may see this as a sign that demand is lower, we believe Apple has simply improved its ability to anticipate and avoid constraints during peak buying times,” said Sr. Research Analyst Gene Munster of PiperJaffray investment firm.

Munster also added that he believes Apple has anticipated this year’s potential seasonal purchasing more accurately and as a result has beefed up production on popular items.
