Last week Macalicious reported that the 2nd generation iPod was receiving rave reviews and setting record breaking sales across the U.S., and this week Incipio announced a product called the ShuffleBud to help make your new shuffle cooler and more functional by using it as a USB drive.
The tiny adapter/USB fits into the 3.5mm port in your headphone jack on the Shuffle and enables its owners to connect to any USB port. Before the Shuffle had to be placed in its docking station that was included with all 2nd generation Shuffles and connected with various cables and plugs. The ShuffleBud makes the process easier and its only $6!
The adapter itself is only weighs 5.6 grams and its dimensions are 47mm x 16mm and can be plugged in to any USB ports at all times and still have the same convenience to clip onto to anything. The ShuffleBud also comes with a small lanyard loop to attach to any bag or laptop.
When you want to switch back to the Shuffle, just unplug it and place the adapter in your pocket and if you need to use it again just simply plug it back into the headphone jack. It’s as easy as that!
