According to Fortune, Apple has closed or is about to close a deal that would allow iTunes to offer The Beatles at its online store. In the past Microsoft’s MSN and Rhapsody have tried to ink a similar deal but neither were successful. If all goes well with the deal there might serve as a peace treaty in the never ending fued between Apple’s Steve Jobs and Neil Aspinall of Apple Corps, The Beatles longtime road manager and protector of the bands interests.
