Skype releases Mac 2.0 Beta

Today Skype released Mac 2.0 Beta and finally gives Mac users the ability to video chat with anyone in their contact list. Until now, Mac users have been unable to make video calls and have had to settle for voice over only. With the upgrade, Skype is offering “great quality video that just works”. Of course all Skype calls made within the US and Canada (including those with video chat) will be free until the end of 2006. If you haven’t already, you can download the beta software here.
